Does anyone know how to create a mist fan. i couldn't find the directions on how to build one on the internet. I wanna create one cause is hot as %%% downhere in oceanside ca. and typical fans and other things aren't cutting it. Does anyone know how to build one? or give me a link to a website that has step by step directions? thanks.,

Go to the garden center in Home Depot or Lowes and get a mister from the drip irrigation dept.(plus plastic pipe and conections if for outside use.) If for inside(not recomended due to humidity) use you will need a pump and holding tank.
